Neil earned his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he concentrated in intellectual property. While in law school, he actively participated in several student organizations and founded the McGeorge Legal Music Society—a group centered around copyright, trademark, entertainment law, licensing, and contracts.
Outside of his legal work, Neil enjoys crate-digging for vinyl records, playing and writing music, and exploring the outdoors through fishing, snorkeling, camping, white water rafting, golfing, and sports like basketball and pickleball.
